Karakteristik Berpikir Komputasional Siswa dalam Pemecahan Masalah Matematika dengan Problem Based Learning Berorientasi HOTS

Karakteristik berpikir komputasional dalam pemecahan masalah matematika mencerminkan transformasi dalam paradigma pembelajaran matematika di era digital. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik berpikir komputasional siswa dalam penyelesaian masalah matematika dengan Problem Based Learning berorientasi HOTS. Metode eksperimen digunakan dalam penelitian dengan Pre-Experimental Designs One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Dalam penelitian ini, diperoleh hasil bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran PBL berorientasi HOTS memiliki pengaruh terhadap kemampuan berpikir komputasional siswa dalam pemecahan masalah dan karakteristik berpikir komputasional siswa setelah mengikuti pembelajaran PBL berorientasi HOTS menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa mampu mengembangkan indikator dasar berpikir komputasional seperti abstraksi dan dekomposisi. Namun, indikator lanjutan seperti algoritmik, generalisasi, dan debugging belum sepenuhnya dikuasai oleh seluruh siswa.
