          Tentang Naskah

  1. Naskah harus merupakan dokumen asli yang secara nyata dapat memberikan kontribusi dan kebaruan untuk pendidikan matematika. Penulis disarankan untuk dapat submit sendiri secara daring menggunakan prosedur yang ada di Math Didactic. Penulis korespondensi juga diminta untuk mengirimkan surat pernyataan bahwa naskah tidak sedang dalam pertimbangan untuk diterbitkan di tempat lain. Surat pernyataan ini dapat diunduh formatnya di sini. Editor akan segera menolak naskah yang tidak mengikuti aturan ini.

    Struktur Naskah

    1. Judul. Judul harus jelas dan informatif, serta tidak melebihi 14 kata. Judul ditulis dalam bahasa Indonesia dan Inggris, dengan bahasa utama isi naskah ditulis terlebih dahulu.

    2. Identitas penulis. Nama penulis harus dihubungkan dengan instansi dan alamat surelnya, tanpa menggunakan gelar akademik. Jika penulisnya lebih dari satu orang, penulis korespondensi harus diberi tanda bintang di samping namanya. Pastikan nama instansi ditulis lengkap beserta alamat surat menyuratnya.

    3. Abstrak dan kata kunci. Abstrak berisi tidak lebih dari 200 kata, dan tidak melebihi satu halaman naskah (termasuk informasi lain yang ada di halaman awal naskah tersebut). Abstrak dan kata kunci harus ditulis dalam dua bahasa yaitu Indonesia dan Inggris. Kata kunci terdiri

              The manuscripts

    1. The manuscript should be an original research paper which sufficiently contributes novelty to mathematics education. Authors are requested to submit their papers electronically by using the Math Didactic: Jurnal Pendidikan Matematika online submission procedure. The corresponding author should also provide a statement that the manuscript is not concurrently being under consideration for publication elsewhere. The Editors will ignore submissions that do not follow these procedures.

      Structure of the manuscripts

      1. Title. The title should be clear and informative, and not more than 14 words.

      2. Author's names and institutions. The author's names should be accompanied by the author's institutions and email addresses, without any academic title. For a joint paper, one of the authors should be notified as the corresponding author.

      3. Abstract, keywords, and MRBM classification numbers. The abstract should be less than 200 words. Please provide the abstract in both English and Indonesian versions. The keywords should be of 2 to 5 words or phrases.

      4. Introduction. This section explains the background of the study, a review of the previous researches in the area, and aims of the manuscripts. Importantly it should also show the significance and novelty of the research.

      5. Methods. This section describes the appropriate tools of analysis along with the data and their sources.

      6. Results and Discussion. This section explains the results of the study. It should be presented clearly and concisely. Author(s) should explore the novelty or the contribution of the work to the economics literature.

      7. Conclusion. This section concludes and provides policy implications, if any, of the study. The conclusion(s) should be at the same order with ones discussed in the body of the manuscript.

      8. References. This section lists only the papers, books, or other types of publications referred to in the body of the manuscript.
       

      General Writing Format

      1. The manuscript is prepared in an A4 paper, double-sided, and 1,15 line spacing format. A new paragraph should start 5 characters from the left margin, using 12-size, Times-New-Romans font type.

      2. The manuscript is written in Indonesian or English.

      3. The manuscript should be between 9 to 15 pages long (5000-7000 words).

      4. The top and bottom margins are 3 cm.

      5. The title is written using UPPERCASE BOLD, 12 font size, center position.

      6. Subtitles are written using Bold Capital Letters Only at First Word style, 12 font size, starting from the left margin.

      7. Sub of subtitles, if any, are written using capital letters only at first word or special name. They should be started from the left margin.

      8. Sub of the sub of subtitles, if any, are written using capital letters only at the beginning of each word except for connecting words, all in italics. They should be started from the left margin.

      9. References should be those of the last ten years publication (>80%), except for key references (80%). Referring to any textbook should be minimized (<20%).


      Specific Writing Format

      1. Equations and formula should be numbered as (1), (2)...etc appearing to their right.

      2.  Estimation results from a software package are not allowed to be directly presented in the paper. They should be presented in summary tables.

      Tables and Figures

      Tables and figures should be presented as follows:

      1. The name of tables and figures should follow a numbering system (Arabic numbering system). The title of the tables and figures are placed at the top and the bottom respectively.

      2. The tables and figures should provide the source of information, if any, at the bottom. 

      3. Any table should contain only heading and contents. The table contains row lines only without column lines. Note(s) and source(s) should be included underneath the table where appropriate. 

      Acknowledgment

      Acknowledgment, if any, should be written as the foot-note of the manuscript's title.

      Subjects and Authors Index

      The authors should provide an index of the subject, namely the specific terms in the manuscript. The authors should also provide the index of authors, namely the key authors of papers referred to in the manuscript. Please write the family name followed by the given name.
       

      Citation

      Citation in the text body should be written using the family name, years of publication, and page(s). Example:

      a. Hill (2001, hal. 10-12) suggests that the objective of depreciation is ....

      b. Inflation targeting would be sufficient (McCain, 1982, hal. 53).

      c. The definition of contagion is ... (Wagner, 1976, hal. 64; Rhonda 2009, hal. 31-32).

       

      References

      The manuscript is expected to involve approximately 20-25 primary and up-to-date references to assert high quality contributions to the knowledge development. Citations and references should include at least 80% of total with article from up-to-date journal (last 10 years). Citations and references must strictly follow the APA (American Psychological Association) style.  References should include only works that are cited within the text of the manuscript.  Consulting the APA style manual (http://www.apastyle.org/pubmanual.html) is strongly recommended for completing manuscript submissions.

      How to send the manuscript

      1. The manuscript in microsoft word should be sent to the editor by clicking Online Submission tab on our Website.
      2. A brief bio that contains full name, academic title, institution, telephone, mobile number, and others should be written in the fields of data when registering online in the website submission.

      Final Decision

      Taking into account the results of the peer reviewing process, the decision as to the acceptability of each manuscript for publication will be notified to the author(s) through the website system in the following alternative conclusions:
      a. Accepted without revision, or
      b. Accepted with minor revision, or
      c. Accepted with major revision, or
      d. Rejected.

    4. Pendahuluan. Sub judul pada bagian ini tidak perlu ditulis. Bagian ini menjelaskan latar belakang penelitian, masalah, dan tujuan penelitian. Selain itu, bagian ini juga harus memuat signifikansi dan kebaruan penelitian yang ditulis dibandingkan dengan penelitian lain yang sudah ada.

    5. Metode. Bagian ini mendeskripsikan alat yang sesuai dalam menganalisis data dan sumbernya.

    6. Hasil dan Pembahasan. Bagian ini menjelaskan hasil penelitian yang disajikan secara jelas dan ringkas. Penulis harus mengeksplorasi kebaruan dan kontribusi hasil penelitian ini dan dihubungkan dengan hasil penelitian lain yang relevan.

    7. Simpulan dan Saran. Bagian ini memberikan kesimpulan dan saran penelitian (jika ada). Penulisan simpulan disusun berdasarkan urutan tujuan penelitian yang disajikan di Pendahuluan.

    8. Referensi. Bagian ini menyajikan semua sumber referensi yang dikutip pada naskah dengan menggunakan format penulisan otomatis dari Mendeley.
     

    Format Umum Penulisan

    1. Naskah ditulis pada dokumen berukuran A4, satu kolom, dan spasi 1,15. Paragraf baru harus diawali dengan tulisan yang menjorok ke dalam sekitar 1,27cm (kecuali paragraf awal bagian Pendahuluan), berukuran 12 dengan font Times New Roman.

    2. Naskah dapat ditulis dalam bahasa Indonesia ATAU Inggris.

    3. Jumlah halaman pada naskah adalah 9 sampai 15 halaman (sekitar 5000-7000 kata).

    4. Batas atas dan bawah naskah adalah 3cm.

    5. Judul ditulis dengan HURUF BESAR DAN CETAK TEBAL, 12 TNR, rata tengah.

    6. Sub judul dalam naskah, seperti Metode Penelitian, Hasil dan Pembahasan, serta Simpulan dan Saran ditulis dengan Cetak Tebal dan Huruf Besar di Awal Kata, 12 TNR, rata kiri.

    7. Sub dari sub judul, jika ada, ditulis dengan Cetak tebal dan miring serta huruf besar di awal kalimat. 12 TNR, rata kiri.

    8. Sub dari sub dari sub judul, jika diperlukan, ditulis menggunakan Cetak miring dan huruf besar di awal kalimat, 12 TNR, rata kiri.

    9. Referensi harus mutakhir yaitu terbitan 10 tahun terakhir, dengan berfokus pada artikel jurnal (minimal 80%) dan mengurangi sumber dari buku teks (maksimal 20%).


    Format Penulisan Khusus

    1. Penulisan Persamaan (equation) harus diberi nomor dengan format (1), (2), dst dan ditulis langsung di samping kanan persamaan tersebut.

    2. Tampilan tabel yang berasal dari perangkat lunak seperti SPSS jangan langsung diletakkan pada naskah, melainkan harus tetap mengikuti format tabel sesuai template dan disajikan hanya isi yang relevan dengan penelitian.

    Tabel dan Gambar

    Tabel dan gambar harus disajikan sebagai berikut.

    1. Nama tabel dan gambar harus menggunakan angka arab. Peletakan nama tabel dan gambar adalah di atas dan bawah berturut-turut.

    2. Tabel dan gambar harus menyajikan sumber di bawahnya, jika ada. 

    3. Setiap tabel hanya memuat kepala dan isi tabel. Tabel berisi garis horizontal tanpa vertikal. Catatan dan sumber tabel, jika ada, harus diletakkan persis di bawah tabel. 

    Penghargaan

    Penghargaan atau Acknoledgment, jika diperlukan, harus diletakkan persis sebelum Daftar Pustaka.
